LAST EXAMINATION

Finally, my last course work semester is here.
I am finally going to be able to hive a sigh of relief from examination wahala.
Anyway, it is necessary for advancement and relevance.

Tendencies for growth; opportunity for development...

I commenced my final course work semester yesterday with a lecture that made me remember the phrase "...when the instructor becomes instructed..."
It was heartwarming to know that course work will soon be over, but more lovely to understand the need for theories for research.
Also, I was at Reality Television Station yesterday where I had the opportunity to meet first hand with broadcasting fellas.
Moving forward to greater things...

I commenced the writing of my first semester examinations yesterday and before that, I got thinking about the fact that it was easy for me to set questions for students and complain that they are unable to attempt the questions well.

Today, I was faced with the realities a student faces especially during examination.

It takes just little time to forget how it feels like to be a student again.

That being said, I worked for success and hope for it.

My main point is stressing the fact that students are not always lazy, we need time to communicate with them, to get the best out of them.

Beyond Books

With my little experience in the M.Sc programme I have come to realize that beyond the ideas in books, the degree offers more; it is about intellectual thinking and brainstorming. Yea, the books come in handy, however, students are expected to think and relate outside the books and forge knowledge base beyond its current stance.
You want to blow your minds? I think you should try higher degrees.
